Zugata was founded in December 2014 with a vision to use data to understand employees and to use those insights to empower employees to reach their fullest potential. Organizations collect a staggering amount of data about their customers, competitors, market trends and even their data centers to optimize their operations. But it is amazing how little they know about their most important assets, their own employees. Without really understanding their employees, organizations cannot effectively develop their employees and offer them a rewarding career. We are setting out to fix that by building an employee-centric, data-driven company at the intersection of data, human psychology and organizational behavior.
The company has raised $10.2M in VC funding. The latest was $7M in Series A funding in January 2019.
