While we use advanced third party AI models, our process ensures that the AI pulls knowledge from our curated library of PI research, not the general internet. It is designed to follow a strict PI Rubric to provide more reliable, PI Science aligned guidance, unlike generic AI that provides unspecialized advice.
We enforce rigorous quality control through two proprietary steps:
- PI-validated core: The AI is grounded exclusively in PI-validated Science, strictly configured to prioritize validated scientific information as its source of truth for all core guidance.
- Rubric-Based Verification: Every answer is checked against a formal PI Rubric that defines accuracy and alignment.

Yes, absolutely. Existing permissions within PI products are fully respected, ensuring the AI never grants access to information a user wouldn’t ordinarily be able to see. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models, nor is it shared externally with any third-party providers. All information remains securely contained within your PI environment and is safeguarded by our robust data protection standards, including GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.
No, our assistant does not make decisions, PI’s AI is a powerful tool designed to increase productivity and assist human decision-making. It provides scientifically-aligned insights and suggested guidance for hiring, coaching, and teamwork, but the final decision and oversight always remain with the human user and use of our AI is always optional.
